The gardens are stunning, and the service was top-notch, especially from Daniel, who made check-in a breeze. Food quality is impressive, and room upgrades are a delightful bonus.

Yet, the restaurant service was inconsistent, and we encountered some noise disruptions from events held nearby. The main pool’s unexpected closure was disappointing.

The grounds are beautiful, especially the gardens and large pools. My stay in the Deluxe King Room was comfortable. the AC worked perfectly and the beds were cozy. Enjoyed the impressive Sunday brunch – it was definitely a highlight! The staff were friendly, with special mention to Angel at the villa pool and Zoila, who kept everything clean and tidy. However, the service in the pool area needs improvement. Staff seemed inexperienced and slow. Check-in took too long, and I faced issues with the e-keys in the app that stopped working. Also, three barking dogs were allowed inside the restaurant during dinner, which was unsettling. The room service for breakfast was a letdown, arriving after 1.5 hours and it was cold. Beautiful ambiance in the hotel, but the service quality really needs to match the setting.

My stay at Fiesta Americana was good. The hotel's aesthetic drew me in, showcasing fine gardens and excellent pool areas. Although service by the pool could improve, the overall ambiance made up for it. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The gardens around the property are well-maintained and provide a tranquil escape, contributing to a serene overall experience. The large pools offer ample space to unwind, though the cooler water in December can be a surprise for some.

Privacy in the rooms can be an issue. Noise from the hallways is pronounced, so if you're hoping for a quiet retreat, you might want to think twice. During my stay, unexpected disturbances included a morning photoshoot that started around 9 AM, which disrupted the peace after a late night. Additionally, room service took over 1.5 hours to deliver breakfast, which arrived lukewarm—definitely not the morning vibe for a vacation.

The view of the garden was fantastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The gardens and pools were the highlight for us! 🌴 The weather felt like spring all the time. However, check-in was painfully late at 5 PM, which was frustrating.

fiesta americana is a beautiful old hacienda with stunning gardens and two big pools. the sunday brunch is amazing, and the snack service by the pools is a nice touch. the location is close to chiconcuac, making it perfect for weddings in the area.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief visit in Cuernavaca with good value for money. The King Room was comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Make sure to prepare for slow service at the restaurant.

The property is stunning, featuring breathtaking gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. The King Room was lavish and offered great comfort, but I wished for more amenities considering the price. The highlight was definitely the attentive staff, especially David and Jennifer at reception, who provided excellent service. The dining experience was top-notch, with exceptional food including delicious pizza that I absolutely enjoyed.
